1. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for domestic trips and 6-12 months for international destinations. This ensures availability for premium experiences and accommodations. However, we can work with shorter timelines depending on destination and season.
2. Do you handle flights and hotels?
We provide carefully curated hotel and flight recommendations, but you book and pay for these directly. We handle everything else: experience bookings, restaurant reservations, styled moments, welcome amenities, and on-ground coordination. This keeps our service focused on what we do best—designing unforgettable experiences.
3. How does pricing work?
Each travel experience is uniquely crafted to your vision. Pricing is customized based on destination, group size, trip length, and level of service. During your complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your vision and budget, then provide a detailed proposal. Our service fees cover planning and coordination—actual experience costs (private chefs, yacht rentals, etc.) are billed separately.
4. What if we need to make changes?
We understand that plans evolve. For Essentials and Signature tiers with interactive itinerary websites, we can update your itinerary in real-time if plans change. We're flexible and work to accommodate adjustments whenever possible, though some vendor bookings may have their own cancellation policies.
5. Do you travel to the destination with us?
For Signature Experience packages requiring on-location styling and day-of coordination, planner travel is available. We arrive in advance to set up styled moments and provide on-ground support. Travel expenses are billed separately at cost. For remote destinations or other service tiers, we provide virtual concierge support and work with trusted local vendor partners.
